Synopsis: Driver Singh, a Manipuri deserter grows roots in the exotic Sherdukpan community of Arunachal Pradesh and suddenly disappears, only to resurface after decades and once again vanish behind a curtain of curious questions.

Director Bio: Bobby Sarma Baruah is an Indian Film maker, Film researcher, Producer and Screenwriter whose narrative content on socio cultural issues in Assam and the North East has been highly appreciated. Her debut feature film ‘Adomya ‘(Indomitable) was awarded the best film in spiritual category at the 13th Dhaka International Film Festival. Her second venture, ‘Sonar Baran Pakhi ‘(The Golden Wing) won the ‘Best Audience Award’ at 15th Dhaka International Film Festival and the Grand Jury Award at the 15th Indian Film Festival of Los Angeles (IFFLA).She also has a number of short films, documentaries, music videos and TV serials on blending of various indigenous folk cultures to her credit.

Bobby Sarma Baruah was awarded with the Senior Fellowship from Ministry of Culture, Government of India on Ethnic jewellery with attire of the eight states of Northeast India. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral research for a PhD on influence of folk culture of Assam in Assamese cinema.
